Malibu

Malibu is a standard in most bars. It is a low proof coconut flavored rum. You can make good coconut shrimp with it. Just mix some in to a recipe for coconut shrimp.

In the USA it is a barbados rum but a product of Canada. What is up with that.

The question came up if Malibu contained Corn Syrup since it is rather sweet. I have been told that it does not. I am sure this is subject to change.
